Our Story
Vance Harris Construction was established in 1983 in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, California. Over the following decades, the company built a strong reputation across the Central Coast delivering custom homes and large scale remodels with a consistent standard of quality and personal accountability.
As the business grew, Vance made the decision to relocate to Idaho. V. Harris Construction LLC now operates out of Eagle, serving homeowners and families throughout the Treasure Valley. The geography changed. The standards did not.
We work directly with homeowners and collaborate with architectural firms on projects of all scopes. Whether you are coming to us with a full set of plans or starting from an idea, we manage every phase of the project from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough. One crew, one point of contact, and one standard of excellence from start to finish.

Vance Harris is an expert in residential new construction and remodeling. Since 1983 his company has delivered superior craftsmanship and on time project completions to homeowners across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties in California. Now Vance is bringing that same commitment to excellence to the Treasure Valley under the name V. Harris Construction LLC.
